EXO EXO EXO,to much rumors,gosip,and news about EXO.something i got tired the heard about EXO.because all of that not a good news,but bad news.sometime i give up about EXO,but the fact,i cant.heheehehe.

first of all,i wanna wish,congratulation to a new couple in SM,new couple in SNSD,new couple and the first couple in EXO.i cant believe that Baekhyun will be like this.i means,the be love someone or have a relationship with someone is not crime,but atleast he need to be careful,because EXO now in the bad condition since Kris left us.everybody wanna look EXO down,because they all now really success.you can ddate in SM building and so on,but not in public.he should think about members and his future first,before he make a dangerous step.sorry to say this but i feel,really sorry at Suho.he already suffer many things to protect EXO members,but they never thinks what have he done.i'm sorry.but still congratulation and hope you will be happy with Taehyeon unnie.

And congratulation to new actor Wu Yi Fan,for a new movie at china.Kris,this is what you want,right??to be an actor,not singer.that why you leave EXO and make a solo as a actor.its okay Kris,if this what you want,what make you happy,what make you more relax.go on.Dont even look back,dont ever feel regret and believe yourself.i hope you will became an good actor,and be happy.and i hope you never forget about EXO,about your fans who always support you,from IDOL be ACTOR.just be yourself,the cool kris that we know,the crazy kris that we know.the happy angel smile kris that we know.thanks because be a part of EXO members.and you are forever my anime :)

SM ENTERTAIMENT said that EXO SOLO CONCERT,will be on like they plan,because dont want fans waiting too long and this is the first EXO CONCERT,even KRIS comeback or not,the concert will be aired with 11 members on the stage.That news is so sad to heard,because the concert still will be aired even only with 11 members.hummmm.everyone really hope that KRIS will comeback before the concert.and i do believe KRIS will be there with 11 members.

today 15 may 2014,thursday make a biggest history happen to EXO.the news that we just heard on the evening,suddenly make all fans shock,cry and lost their right of their mind about what happen to EXO,had a same thing happen to me.breaking news that said uri GALAXY,uri EXO M LEADER,uri COLD NAMJA,uri TALLEST NAMJA IN EXO,wanna nullity his contract at SM ENTERTAINMENT,that means he wanna leave EXO too.

" Shocking news has come for the fans of EXO as it has been reported that Kris is asking SM Entertainment to nullify his contract.

News broke in Korea that according to a report by a Chinese media outlet, Kris is asking for his contract to be terminated and has filed a lawsuit at the Seoul Central Court.

Specific details aren't mentioned, but the Chinese media outlet reports that the reasons are similar to that of Hangeng and Super Junior's previous situation. It is suspected that there is disagreement between him and SM Entertainment regarding his activities. [Update - According to several reports, Kris's side has cited that the idol is being treated as if he is an object rather than being respected as an artist. They also mention that SM one-sidedly decided on the schedules, not giving thought to Kris' opinion or his health condition. As they believe that SM is restricting Kris from his basic human right to freedom and his choices career wise, the contract should be nullified.]

A few Korean media outlets are said to have contacted the court regarding this but a rep from the court is said to have said that there is no record of a suit being filed against SM Entertainment. In response, the Chinese media outlet has said that the suit has not yet been filed, but that Kris will be heading over to file.

[Update 2] - According to a report by 10Asia, they have spoken with the Seoul Central Court and it has been said that a lawsuit has been filed. "A suit regarding the termination of the contract has been submitted under Kris's Chinese name on the 15th... As it has just been submitted today, it has not been completely processed through the system." The media outlet states that SM is currently not responding.

[Update 3] - Images of Kris's submission to the court has been spreading, and SM Entertainment has finally responded to say, "We are trying to confirm the facts regarding the lawsuit requesting for the termination of Kris' contract. It is a very shocking issue, but we will do our best so that EXO's activities will go on smoothly." It's also being said the same lawyer who represented Hangeng will be representing Kris.

[Update 4] - Lawyer Cho Bum Suk of the law firm Hankyul, who represented Hangeng in his case against SM, will be handling Kris's case. The law firm rep confirmed with media outlets, "It is true Kris has filed a suit today (15th) against SM Entertainment for the nullification of his contract...
